There are 2 different fences we built for this home on 40 acres in the Meadows HOA community located in beautiful Franktown, Colorado.
For this fencing project we installed a about 2000′ of 3 rail white vinyl along the road across the front of their property which was required by the HOA.
Here’s the entrance way to their driveway with that long lasting, nice looking white vinyl fence. Pretty as a picture!
The rest of the fence was 4 strand vinyl coated wire fence (below) going thru wood fence posts set every 12′ which keeps unwanted animals out and the safely keeps the horses contained.
There was a small confinement area as well as an arena that was 100’x200′.
On the arena we added a board to the bottom of the fence to help contain the sand in the arena from erosion. The owner was very happy with the new fences since they improve his property – how it looks and how it keeps livestock where they need to be. And yes…the fencing improves the value of his real estate too! To complete this fencing installation took a little over 2 weeks.
