At Straight Arrow Fence, we are experts in installing custom fences for large properties, ranches, and equestrian estates across the Front Range of Colorado. Recently, we had the pleasure of completing a fencing installation for a beautiful home located in the Meadows HOA community in Franktown, CO. This property spans 40 acres and required two different types of fences to meet the homeowner’s needs and the HOA regulations.

3-Rail White Vinyl Fence for Curb Appeal

The first fence we installed was a 3-rail white vinyl fence along the road, which stretches about 2,000 feet across the front of the property. This vinyl fence is not only durable but also low-maintenance, making it an ideal choice for the homeowner and ensuring it met the HOA’s standards. The white vinyl complements the property’s aesthetic and adds an elegant, timeless look.

Here’s the entranceway to the property, featuring the long-lasting, attractive white vinyl fence, which really enhances the curb appeal of the property.

Vinyl-Coated Wire Fence for Livestock Containment

The second part of the fence installation included a 4-strand vinyl-coated wire fence designed to keep unwanted animals out while securely containing the homeowner’s horses. This fence was installed using wood fence posts set every 12 feet, providing a sturdy, secure boundary for livestock.

  • Fence Style: 4-strand vinyl-coated wire fence
  • Post Spacing: 12 feet between wood posts
  • Purpose: To keep horses contained and animals out

Arena Fence and Sand Containment

For the horse arena, measuring 100’ x 200’, we added an extra board at the bottom of the fence to help prevent sand erosion. This feature ensures that the arena stays in great condition over time, preventing the sand from spilling over and affecting the surrounding landscape.

A Quality Fence That Improves Property Value

The homeowner was thrilled with how the new fences enhanced the look and functionality of the property. Not only do the fences ensure the safety and security of livestock, but they also add value to the property, making it more attractive to potential buyers in the future.

The entire fencing project took just over two weeks to complete, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it turned out.
