Straight Arrow Fence recently installed 2.5 miles of wood dowel cattle fence for a beautiful cattle ranch just outside of Larkspur, very close to Palmer Lake.
We were there for almost 6 weeks. It is 4 rail wood dowel fence with 5″ diameter posts and 4″ diameter rails.
The customer already had a lot of fence in from years past that he had painted black, so he had the painters paint our fence as we were putting it in.
The black really makes the fence stand out! It is a working cattle ranch with the Angus cattle still in the field as we worked.
In the photo below you can barely see the lone black line of cattle fence that we installed… Looks great!
